111th Tennessee General Assembly Adjourns from 2nd Extraordinary Session

Last evening, the 111th Tennessee General Assembly adjourned from the 2nd Extraordinary Session. The House and Senate worked to pass significant legislation during the three day period including:


  • Tougher penalties for vandalism, rioters, and those who seek to harm our first responders;

  • Protections for schools, churches, and businesses from frivolous and politically motivated COVID-19 lawsuits;

  • Expanded access to telemedicine and telehealth services.


To those in District 38: thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve you in the Tennessee House of Representatives. It's an honor to represent you in Nashville.
